Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

I'm not certain exactly what symptoms you're having but I'm assuming that it cranks but doesn't start, however you mentioned it not turning over. If it doesn't turn over then it's not going to have spark, the engine controller has to see that the engine is turning and the cam and crank signals are in sync for spark to be present.

Does the starter engage and crank the engine but the engine doesn't start?

Or does the starter not engage and turn the engine?

Ask Your Own Mazda Question
Customer reply replied 8 months ago
Starter engages in the engine does crank over. But will not fire.

Can you double check the 10a fuse labeled 'engine'?

Ask Your Own Mazda Question
Customer reply replied 8 months ago
It's good inside the cars fuse box
Mazda Mechanic: sprinkles08, ASE Certified Technician replied 8 months ago

How many terminals at this fuse have power with the key on?

Ask Your Own Mazda Question
Customer reply replied 8 months ago
One of them, the bottom
Mazda Mechanic: sprinkles08, ASE Certified Technician replied 8 months ago

If only one of the terminals on the fuse has power then the fuse is blown.

Ask Your Own Mazda Question
Customer reply replied 8 months ago
Ok, I have changed it but still nothing. The fuse is bridge is not broken.
Mazda Mechanic: sprinkles08, ASE Certified Technician replied 8 months ago

Do you now have power on both terminals then?

Ask Your Own Mazda Question
Customer reply replied 8 months ago
When the fuse is out I have power to one, I have to have power to both because when I put In The fuse a fuse in the engine click on.
Customer reply replied 8 months ago
Big square one with four prongs in a square shape
Mazda Mechanic: sprinkles08, ASE Certified Technician replied 8 months ago

So you do have power to two terminals.

Is there now power at the coils?

Ask Your Own Mazda Question
Customer reply replied 8 months ago
I have power only to the black/blue one not the black/white
Mazda Mechanic: sprinkles08, ASE Certified Technician replied 8 months ago

There is an open circuit between the fuse and the coils then.

Ask Your Own Mazda Question
Customer reply replied 8 months ago
How do I search for the open circuit?
Mazda Mechanic: sprinkles08, ASE Certified Technician replied 8 months ago

You can check visually for damage or run a new wire.

Ask Your Own Mazda Question
Customer reply replied 8 months ago
If I am to run a new wire where would I run the wire from and where would I go to( black/white terminal on the coil)?
Mazda Mechanic: sprinkles08, ASE Certified Technician replied 8 months ago

Yes, the wire that we tested that didn't have power that comes from from the fuse you said has power.

Ask Your Own Mazda Question
Customer reply replied 8 months ago
There's a little rectangular plug that a black/white and a black/blue go into, when I bridge them they blow the fuse is does that have anything to do with it?
Mazda Mechanic: sprinkles08, ASE Certified Technician replied 8 months ago

That's the capacitor. Do you actually have power on the black/blue wire at the capacitor with the key on?

Ask Your Own Mazda Question
Customer reply replied 8 months ago
I do, but not on the black/white coming out.
Mazda Mechanic: sprinkles08, ASE Certified Technician replied 8 months ago

The capacitor needs to be replaced then.
