so you need to get the hatch open and it wont open is that correct ?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
it is open from inside no power lock or unlock
Expert:  shawn patrick replied 1 month ago.

so what your going to want to do is open the hatch and remove the panel, you will find a solenoid in there and when you hit the unlock button, tap the solenoid with a hammer it should start working again, if that method dosent work you will need to verify voltage with a muliti meter and if voltage is present the solenoid is your problem. they are also called lock actuators.
