How do i dissasemble and replace key cylinder ignition switch ?
JA: Has the car been stalling out?
Customer: When i hold the key in the start position the car wont start cranking until i turn key slightly backwards.
JA: What is the model/year of your Mazda?
Customer: 1999 mazda millenia
JA: Are you fixing your Millenia yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have to hold the key between. On position. And. Start. POsition. For the. Engine. To start. Turning. But then there is no. Power on dash. So i got a new. Key switch. With ignition. SWitch. In the. End of it iam trying to. Remove. It from the dash

This will not be a lock cylinder problem. Your problem will be in the electrical ignition switch. Have you tested it yet or replaced it?

I know that but how do we take out the key lock to get to the electrical switch

No, the electrical switch has a screw that holds it into the back of the lock cylinder. Unplug the switch, pull the screw and the electrical ignition switch will just slide out of the back of the lock cylinder.
