Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

You either have multiple problems causing each light to not work or you may have lost ground to all, which would be the only way to explain all lights not working at once assuming they aren't simply unplugged or something of that nature. If the problems started on their own then the most likely cause for the lights not working would be blown bulbs.

The first step is going to be checking the bulbs, a visual inspection of wiring and checking connections. Has anything yet been done?
