2001 mazda 626 lx..ex uk..manual..previously had p1624 error

2001 mazda 626 lx..ex uk..manual..previously had p1624 error code...now just bought a complete set..used one frm working car...of ecu .keys n ignition barrel...car still wont start..fuel goes up to injector rail but not into injectors...spark plugs just sparks once and stops...security light flashes once wen cranking and then goes off..plz help!...ps..after hooking up new sets above..ecu n ignition coil ..do i need this reprogrammed again or its all good since its off from a working car??..thanks

there is no check light..if uses the battery sign fo tht..yes its on..

did you also replace the immobilizer box, transponder keys, and full lock set?

i replaced all above except Immobiliser box,which is NOT there as I am told,the immobiliser is within the ECU itself.inbuilt!

the immobilzer is not built in to the ecu!

there is nothing i can find that says the immobiliser is incorporated into the ecu on a uk model. let me do some more digging

Well i cant find anything on this, so i will opt out and see if another tech who may be more familiar with the uk model help.. god luck and good day.

David,attached is an exact example of my original one,please look at the model numbers....the small box,is that the immobilizer,just under the steering wheel??
