i would 100% take it back to them to have it either replaced or refunded. I have seem many "bad out of the box" units come from parts stores. although it may be quite a bit more expensive companies such as Jaspers and aamco have a better reputation and warranty. Aamco uses a company for remans called GPS that seems to have a pretty good track record. however hands down i will always opt for a Jaspers unit before anything.
