sounds like your drivers side wheel bearing has gone bad. you will hear the noise while turning due to the load on the bearing changing when the vehicle shifts its weight. it is a press in style bearing and hub so i would recommend having a local shop perform the repairs as it is quite a bit of work. if you have no further questions i would appreciate if you took a moment to leave me a rating.
