Customer Question

2006 mazda 3 sp23
Vehicle came in for low/sinking brake pedal, no leaks, no codes, got abs actuated at quick stop working normally, pedal returned then after a few stops became soft again. Replaced master with oem unit, pedal was stiff again after a few pumps with it on the lift rack all wheels' brakes locked up. inspection of calipers are good and all wheel pads at over 80%. after bleeding system again (no air came out) doing same. if we crack the lines at the master cylinder the wheels front and rear release. the vehicle in not equipped with a strut sway bar, as previous same issue with other technicians determined it needed adjustment to correct problem. replaced master with another master to be sure of faulty part. again bleed system with no air releasing. with car off, brake pedal after approx 6 pumps locks up wheels untill master lines are cracked to relive pressure. does this if car is running or not. please help!
