Customer Question

Hello. So my driver door won't open from the inside, so I took the door panel off of both doors to compare. The only difference is the bottom cable line to the actuator doesn't move when you use the button. I can move it manually. If I could paste a picture I would but I can't. So do I need a new actuator or is it maybe a spring or something else?
