no dash light or tail light on 1994 mazda 626 lx headlights will not turn but will light up on one side if you pull on the light switch lever fuses appear good

If it is affecting the taillights and headlights then the problem is in the headlight switch. Pulling the lever is making the switch activate the flash to pass and lighting one of the high beams. Replacing the headlight switch should fix your problem.
