Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
There are a few things that will cause repeat bulb failures.
If the bulb glass is touched then it will cause shorted life from overheating.Hopefully this isn't the case but it may be.
If the headlamp assemblies are allowing moisture in it will cause shorted bulb life.
Vibration will cause shorted life. If there is an issue with the headlamp assemblies or their mountings that is allowing them to vibrate while driving then it will shorten bulb life.
Overcharging will also shorten bulb life. If the charging system is overcharging due to an alternator, wiring, cable, battery issue, etc then it will caue the bulbs to fail.
