experienced, I've just come online and saw your question in the queue.
You have two things that will turn off the compressor on that model. A thermal overload breaker that trips if the compressor draws too much current and a high pressure switch that turns the compressor off when pressure rises, usually due to low water flow. If you are getting good water flow and the pressure isn't going high then it is likely the compressor is shot and drawing too much current.
