VerifiedHello my name is Noel and I will assist you. First thing you need to check is that you have 12 volta coming to the black and red wires at the back of your unit. If no follow the red lead back as normally you have a fuse inline which may be blown.

Best thing you can do is to open the unit and replace both wires coming out of it. Otherwise if you know from where the power wire is damaged you need to resolder and heat shrink it
