I have a Raymarine eS98, running Navionics + charts. I want to import new routes from my iPad Avionics App. I have done this before. I can connect my iPad but I can't find the "external storage" through this instruction thread My data > import/export > Retrieve from card> Select external storage > Navionics > Archive .

Customer: since my last import, my boat partner has "reset the system" and I haven't been able to update the Raymarine firmware. we got the unit in March 2016. I have updated my navionics chip.

Are you trying to do this wirelessly? If so, your plotter card must have an active chart updates subscription. This will need to be reverified if the system has been reset by your boar partner.

Go to device Settings > Wi-Fi and connect to your Raymarine plotter network.

You will be prompted to verify your subscription, which requires an internet connection.
