i have a hds 9 gen 2 touch on my trolling motor and a 10 on my dash. my 9 has a spotlight transducer installed on it for some reason I cannot read depth. I go to settings, network data source and select sonar. Depth no longer shows up

Hi David,

You will need to check the connections and the condition of the wiring first.

Disconnect the cable and reattach it firmly again. Look for any signs of damage.

If it looks ok, test the cable for continuity.

If the cable tests good, then the transducer will need to be replaced.
