Customer Question

I just installed a dragonfly 4. I took it out on a test run. I worked great until I got into about 50 feet of water. The screen went read and the depth read 40 feet when my boat depth finder said 110 which I know was correct. I reset and tried everything but it reacted the save and would not read any depth over 39 feet??

Hi Joe,
If you are getting incorrect depth readings then it sounds like you have the Dragonfly transducer mounted incorrectly. Refer to the Dragonfly Manual for how to properly mount the transducer.
