Yes. Each backup will have all the latest information from what you saved.
If your other drives have previous versions of edits, it will not show on the new backup.
The backup will show all current edits.
The only need for another backup will be to refer to finding previous edits if you want to refer to them in the future.
If you have the latest backup, all your current information will show on the file rather than previous edits on backups you saved in the past.
