I think what happened was that during this period we switched to FIOS. When the installer came, he said he was going to connect FIOS, data and I said that was fine. He also mentioned the phone. I told him the phone was fine as is ( which to me meant not to do anything with the phone). Apparently he did and I got my normal bill and a bill for over $300. How do I get this straightened out?
