Have been trying to contact Apple Australi for days without success. I hope you can help. My wife's iMac has an issue with the Mail program. It no longer recognises the password ***** our service provider Optus. Address is***@******.*** password ***** is OK for accessing webmail but the Apple Mail does not accept this password. When mail boots it throws up a message addressed to an outfit we have never heard of -***@******.*** with subject line "Re: [Apple Support] Your Apple ID Has Been Temporarily Suspended ! and window asking for name and password ***** Entering these details delivers - Unable to verify account name or password.
