Hi! My name is***** have an iPhone, iPad and Mac. I have iCloud backup turned on for all 3 devises yet they are not sharing all photos. What do I need to do/check to be able to see all photos from any device?
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your Mac? What about your iPad?
Customer: Hmmm I will try to find out
