I have three Apple products, but one of them is now locked and not working or being recognized by the other two. My laptop is a Mac Air from the 2012 era, mine actually made in 2013; it has latest update short of Catalina since that will require all data to be in 64-bit format and much of my data is older 32-bit stuff for apllications that themselves have no update 9so far, anyway). The iphone is a 7plus, running under IOS 13.3 (updated today, successfully). But the iWatch is iWatch2 and i updated it but the only thing that appears is the screen asking for security code but the only key that works is for the digit "1" and my code never was and isn't "1111". Sortware update of the phone cna't be done today from my iPhone to iWatch due to an access issue. Can you help me unlock the iphone and have all things work together (synch, etc.)? … read more
