My name is***** I live at*****, Des Moines, IA 50320. I am a Amazon customer, have been for a long time. My phone number is: Cell:(###) ###-#### Home:(###) ###-#### SS# ***** I bought a small Kindle from Anazon, you can find it in my past orders, it came to me working GREAT everything was all programmed. About a week ago the Kindle asked for a WiFi password ***** Brown. I tried all the passwords I could think of, no luck. I put a pin number and that works. After putting in the pin it will let me unlock but when I try anything else it wants this Password. I don't know what it is, therefore I cannot read it. (The Kindle also downloaded on my cell phone, I didn't know if it worked or not. I ordered a book. It downloaded. It also asked for a password. Since the one I ordered from you came set-up you must know what the password ***** ***** if I can somehow reset it all over again. I don't want to loose the books I have on there. I think it is "Donna's 2nd Kindle" I bought another Kindle a 10" Kindle Fire from a lady online. It is FANTASTIC. It has somehow downloaded some of my information "BROWN" but needs my WiFi password. I DON'T KNOW IT👵😵😭 I did write this down (*****@******.***) I am VERY COMPUTER ILLITERATE, I don't know much about them. When I tried to explain it to the very nice Coustmer Service girl, I had a very hard time understanding her, got frustrated and gave up. I am so upset.
