I am trying to charge my iPhone, and my iPhone shows it is

Hi I am trying to charge my iPhone, and my iPhone shows it is charging but won’t increase the percentage
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your iPhone?
Customer: 13.3.1
JA: How long has this been going on with your iPhone? What have you tried so far?
Customer: since Friday. I’ve tried turning it off, changing the charging cord, tried putting into dfu mode, but my phone keeps turning back on before the software has downloaded
JA: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: if i unplug from a charger, the battery decreases. When i plug In, it won’t increase past the latest decrease in the battery
