Well, I'm sorry but it is a complaint and I'm not the complaint type but I thought someone should know for future reference. My sister bought an iPhone 11 max at the store in Pelham, New York. The guy's name was Kory (not sure of spelling but that is as close as I can get. He was alone in the store. Nice looking guy but very rude to my sister. He was constantly annoyed with her questions. This was her first experience with an iPhone from a flip top. She is an 84 year old woman with a masters in math who has all of her marbles as good as anyone else. He said nasty things to her questions like "you are not listening to me" etc. etc. He insisted on changing her e-mail address to something.icloud and she JUST BOUGHT THE THING from him. He was yawning the whole time like we were keeping him awake. She was told to come back the following Sunday and he was yawning constantly then too like he is up half the night.
