I have a opaque half screen, can't get my email messages to open and have problem closing the app.
JA: When did you last charge your phone?
Customer: This is the Mac Bool Pro computer. I last charged my phone yesterday. I have shut down my computer to see if that helps but it doesn't.
JA: Have you tried a force reboot (pressing and holding the Power button)?
Customer: Yes. Plus I have no icons on my screen and the Mal ware Bytes icon is also gone.
