Customer Question
I was trying to...

I was trying to update my system to the os Sierra or whatever and the installation froze. I followed steps online that told me to turn off and back on the computer but at startup, there was a folder with a flashing question mark. I restarted my computer in recovery mode and now I don't have any options for a startup disk

Technician's Assistant: When was the last time you updated the Operating System (OS) on your Mac or device?

I'm not sure, I had already done one system update tonight before I started the second one

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

That's all I can think of for now

What Customers are Saying:

Hi John, Thank you for your expertise and, more important, for your kindness because they make me, almost, look forward to my next computer problem. After the next problem comes, I'll be delighted to correspond again with you. I'm told that I excel at programing. But system administration has never been one of my talents. So it's great to have an expert to rely on when the computer decides to stump me. God bless, Bill
