I have been locked...

I have been locked out and it is not accepting my credit card details. Weird because I only have one card and have made numerous purchases on this card including this ipad pro

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

Quite awhile ago and now I am unsure what the password *****

I believe I have tried every combination I can find
