It is not a device. I was told to buy Itune cards for a total of $300. so I bought 2 150.00 cards stratched off the back and send the picture of each to who it needed to go to. Now the say they cant activate my account cause I bought #150 cards. they want me to get 3 $100.00 cards. Well that was all the $$ I had in saving so How can I get my money back to get the other cards?

i am applying for a Grant need to send $300.00 using Itune cards. so I went to store got 2 $150.00 cards now they are telling me " We are unable to activate the ITunes cards on our data base this is because you got each $150.00 '\"
