I have tried unsuccessfully...

I have tried unsuccessfully to reset my apple ID and believe I am now lockout but do not know how to start over. Can you help?

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

Within the last 10 minutes. But I kept getting denied(?) or typed wrong. . . not sure.

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

I believe yes.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

I am not at a MAC pc does that matter?
