I cannot log into my Apple ID. I do not remember the answers to my security questions. Also my work email account on my phone is not working. I do not know what to do and I need it all working ASAP for work. Can you please help me?
JA: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?
Customer: I can’t remember.
JA: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?
Customer: I’ve had the account for a few years through work and they issued a new phone and I don’t remember any of it. It will not let me sign into my email to receive my work schedule.
