I am a new...

I am a new apple user, and just got a SE phone. I set up my apple i.d. and password; I'm trying to load apps thru the app store, and it asks for my password, but then says my account is locked for security reasons. it then redirects me either to email or security questions and both of those options re-direct me to re-set my password. I've reset my password ***** 10 times by now. I'm caught in a loop. HELP!

Ok so you went through you account settings ONLINE and made sure to turn on 2 step and you went through everything else including recovery methods etc?

Ok the correct password ***** have prevented that normally..Yes it is possible you got a bad phone BUT the software should still be taking your password. Does not make a whole lot of sense because you changed your password ***** EASE online so there is NO reason this should be happening my friend....

Thank you for your time, I'm going to take it to the store and exchange it; there is definitely a software loop problem with this phone. it's the only thing that makes sense. bye!
