I received a message my Apple ID was being used on a new iPhone and FaceTime but I don’t have a new iPhone and not using FaceTime

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

Not sure but I think within the last two weeks

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

No how do I do that

From your computer follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Apple ID account page.
  2. In the Security section, click Change Password.
  3. Enter your current password, then enter a new password ***** confirm the new password.
  4. Click Change Password.
  5. Sign in with your new Apple ID password to access Apple features and services.

  1. Sign in to your Apple ID account page.
  2. In the Security section, click Edit.
  3. If you already have security questions, you'll be asked to answer them before you continue. Forgot the answers?
  4. Click Change Questions. If you need to set them up, click Add Security Questions.
  5. Choose your new security questions, then enter the answers.
  6. Add and verify a rescue email address.
