Pearl, thank you for the help I'm sure you can give. The story is this - When I first got this machine I had access to two other email addresses to which I loaded programs, Both these emails have long since disappeared from my needs but of course, still appear when I need to upgrade from the App store. To make things worse, when I answer the security questions I get a 'Nope, wrong response'! How can I reset to fit my current email address?

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

I'm embarressed - I cant remember!

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

Not that I'm aware of??
