The answer to your question depends upon whether you have a charge from JustAnswer.com (that is the $2.99 charge... which does not sound like a J.A. charge, really, being rather small for any charge J.A. would levy, in my unofficial opinion....), or a charge from some other company, website, etc.

- if from some other company, website, etc., you need to identify the company, website, etc. from the entry in your statement, and then proceed to query that company, website, etc., as to what is going on and why it was so charged. (If you can name the entry on your statement for the $2.99 I can give you contact information or ways of contacting the co. in question.)

- if the $2.99 charge was by/from JustAnswer.com, then I myself have no power over charges, billing, or subscription or membership standing with JustAnswer.com, and I have no access to your credit information.
