Hi my apple ID...

Hi my apple ID is locked email address is no longer active and phone keeps rejecting my answers to security questions don't know what to do next can't load ant apps

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

Not since i bought it 18 months ago this issue has been ongoing and i try every so often but now need currency converter app and am stuck going round in circles

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

How do i do that

Technician's Assistant: The Mac Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

Use the link to reset your password ***** once done use this new password
Once done, you can use these details to sign in on your device
