I'm trying to connect my icloud to my apple tv. Not entirely

Hello I'm trying to connect my icloud to my apple tv
JA: What Apple model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: Not entirely sure what the model is But i had it for 3 plus years
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Everything works fine with the apple tv on all my devices But it doesn't accept my icloud password ***** some reason
JA: How long has this been an issue with your Apple? What happened right before this?
Customer: It's never connected I recently hooked it up to a new tv And since then it wont let me sign in
JA: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

The problem is this. When I go to access the Music app, I can see all the artists and browse and everything. But I can only preview songs. In order to listen to an entire song, I have to buy it

I signed in with my icloud ID on my apple tv but that doesn't help. I have a current subscription with Apple Music so I assumed I could browse the music library on my tv. Kinda like how I do it on my computer

I selected the only reset option there was

Open Settings > General > Reset and do you see Restore there?

You need to call Apple/iTunes Support and have them refresh or check your account
