Hi. ITunes is asking...

Hi. ITunes is asking me for a password ***** an email i havent used for a few years and i dont know what it is. I looked on Apple and the email isnt listed.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

I changed my password ***** ITunes a couple of weeks ago and checked all the passwords.

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

It doesnt go to it.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?
