I am trying to change and extremely old ID comes up when I try to log in to update my mac os. Can you help me? The ID I have been using for many years now is:***@******.***. However, when I try to find out where to go to delete the old ID is unavailable because I CANNOT GET IN!

To start with, I need to know the version of mac osx you have on your machine, you can check as follows.

Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.
