Technician's Assistant: What kind of Apple device do you have? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

iPhone 7+. Don’t understand OS ! What is Operating System ?

Technician's Assistant: The Mac Technician will be able to walk you through that. How long has this been going on with your iPhone? What have you tried so far?

2 to 3 months, but have worsened. Tried my carrier, Cspire. Did all kinds of checks, even speed checks. No help for the last two weeks.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

I purchased phone on 3-24-17. Hope I can get help before warranty expires Saturday.
