I don't know. I was trying to get printer support and the tech said I didn't have a firewall.

Hi,

Thanks for using JustAnswer. I am happy to assist you with this issue. It sounds like most likely, the tech meant that your Airport Time Capsule is set up in bridge mode, only doing the wifi function, but not the NAT (firewall) function or DHCP addressing function. This is perfectly acceptable, because you probably have 2 routers (one from your Internet provider) plus the Time Capsule. Likely, the router from your Internet provider is set up to be the firewall. Who is your Internet provider?
