Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your iPad? What have you tried so far?

About three weeks- I have been to busy to fool wit it, but I miss it. I use it in the kitchen..Ive tried the password ***** ha d a long time, but it doesnt work now.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

There is a message on the screen "activation lock" whatever that means.
