I understand - it is referring to an app you would have downloaded from the app store at some point onto your iPhone or iPad (which ever applies) and added it as a recovery feature. If you do not have access to this app then you may not be able to sign in today as you've probably been trying a few times before contacting me. More security options may come up after not trying to log in for a full 24 hours.

The app it's referring to would be on your iPad and not Windows computer
