Hi, I recently changed my password ***** my Comcast account. I then went to settings on my phone, I pad and my Mac computer. i am receiving my incoming mail but get an error message for outgoing. can you help ?

The Apple ID was the same since last year.

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

No. I don’t where that is.
