I have been trying for months to get an Apple ID that works. I can’t get anything on my iPad or phone from the App Store. My computer is in the shop and I can’t do any research or my work Please help me.

Technician's Assistant: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your iPad?

I guess it’s IOS 11 - the ATT store just updated it

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your iPad? What have you tried so far?

I’ve tried to log on from here and from my computer using what I thought was my I’d, but it doesn’t work. I went to the Apple Store on Knox in Dallas and they made an appointment for me to have someone call. I got tied up and missed the call. That was Friday.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

No. I just want an ID that will let me in to Apple stuff starting with the Apop store.
