If you feel that you have forgotten your Apple ID password, please go to https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid and type in your Apple ID and continue. Apple will then provide you with an option to reset your password ***** by email, security questions, text message, etc.

With the same link above, you can also search for your apple id if you are not sure of that either. Just click the "look it up" phrase link. See attached pic.

This is nonsense. How can I go to http if I do NOT know my password. Apple goofed up MY Phone..I did not ok an update & now my phone does it in French..HELP
