Pearl, when I attempt to sign in my iTunes says to contact you. My Apple ID has never been used.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

Hang on one second I am trying to find out.

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

Don't know how. I can sign in but not through iTunes store

I can log in to my Apple ID Account, I do not remember logging in to the Apple Store. Long time.
