I have a I Mac computer with OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 I wanted to download the Turbotax disk and it ask for my Mac Id and password..I entered an older one and then I am blocked to upgrade to 11.? that the Turbor tax requires..

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your iMac? What have you tried so far?

I tried entering the last one I had as the password ***** it is blocked for 24 hours.. I went to the simply Mac and they referred me to Apple support

Well it was asking about some security questions and I think I could not answer them since I don't know what I said some time ago..
