I have Microsoft outlook...

I have Microsoft outlook email. My server is bluetie. I changed my password ***** bluetie and now i cannot find a way to sync my outlook account to it. email simply says that i need to update permission but when i go to settings i cannot seem to do so. help! Thanks!
