I have a MAC desktop. My husband has had a stroke and I cannot figure out his password. He did a lot of things under his password ***** I cannot access using my sign in.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

Not sure. Tried to go to applied.apple and could not get there. it said i had so secure connection to safari.

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

Go to your Apple ID account page at the link below and click "Forgot Apple ID or password." If asked to confirm your phone number, use steps for two-factor authentication instead.

Select the option to reset your password, then choose Continue and follow the rest of the steps as prompted.
