I keep getting a...

I keep getting a message on my Mac saying "This Mac can't connect to iCoud because of a problem with***@******.*** (that is my email) When I go to iCloud Preferences, my password ***** I use is not working. I am having trouble resetting my password.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

I do not know. I don't remember changing it all

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

Yes I followed the instructions to reset password ***** times.Ech time they said they would email me when I can do it but I never got an email

If the online reset process did not work for you, I recommend that you call 1-***-***-****. If you can provide enough personal info (including full name on account, billing address, and possibly billing info) they can help you with regaining access to your account.
